Born in the community of Trench Town in Kingston, Jamaica, the home of Bob Marley, LA Lewis is known and loved throughout his homeland as a multi-skilled artist.
LA, AKA The Seven Star General, first rose to prominence as a dancehall deejay and soon fans began painting his name and messages on walls across the island. Everything that LA has done, indeed his everyday walking life, has been defined by others as art.
Inspired by something he found on the Internet, LA is now relaunching his career to even greater global heights as a conceptual artist.
